- Room reservation must be made through on-line registration/reservation system before May 15, 2012 with the full payment. No reservation (or without the full payment) will be guaranteed after this date .
- For those who intend to share rooms, please find a roommate by yourself and write down your roommate's name on the on-line registration/reservation system.
- A hotel confirmation letter will be sent by CYTS upon receiving your full payment.
- Any change/cancellation of your booking should be made before the 1st of June, 2012.
- 30% of your payment will be charged when cancellation is made after the 2nd of June, 2012.
- There will be no refund of your payment without pre-notice.
Beijing Continental Grand Hotel (four-star hotel)
 Beijing Continental Grand Hotel is designed as a special four-star hotel connecting with the BICC (conference venue) by a walkway. It has standard rooms and various suites as well as a few restaurants. It also offers services including foreign currency exchange, shopping arcade, airline ticket sales, beauty salon, massage, sauna, fax, typing, photocopying, laundry.
Yayuncun Hotel (three-star hotel) 
Yayuncun Hotel is located within famous Asian Games Village, neighboring center of Olympic Games and few steps away from the Bird Nest. It meets different service needs of commercial guests and exhibitions and tourism groups.
